Brian Quinn

Brian is a government affairs professional with strong sense of social justice, economic empowerment, and respecting the dignity of all.
Brian helped launch the Black Employee Network at Audible and sits on the Executive Board of the Impact Group. He continually mentors colleagues, spearheads various initiatives, and engages all employees to cultivate an inclusive environment.
Brian collaborates with Audible’s “Spectrum and Belonging” team on initiatives to encourage a sense of community that celebrates all individuals for their authentic selves and fosters cultural awareness. Brian “connects the dots” between people and organizations, forging relationships that promote equity as a shared mission that informs and inspires our daily lives.  He mentors tech startups at Newark Venture Partners Lab, tech business accelerator, facilitating opportunities to apply innovation and technology solutions that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
Brian serves on the Board of New Jersey Legislative Black Caucus Foundation, and Essex Newark Legal Services.

Ara Tucker

At Audible, Ara leads an integrated group focused on attracting, hiring, onboarding, developing and engaging a broad spectrum of employees at all stages of their careers – from high school interns to senior leaders. The Talent and Culture teams provide distinctive candidate and employee experiences as well as talent management solutions across the globe to ensure that Audible is an inclusive and progressive workplace operating on the cutting edge of culture. Prior to joining Audible, Ara served in diversity and inclusion leadership roles in the financial and legal sectors. Ara also worked in higher education where she focused on matters related to academic, administrative and budgetary planning. Ara began her career as a corporate attorney. A visible and vocal minority leader, Ara regularly shares her story as an openly gay leader of color in a variety of settings including: prominent speaking engagements, LinkedIn and via her personal website, ‘I’m Here Too’.
