Ajay is the Partnerships Director at BHIB Insurance Brokers and Create Insurance and is the Co-Founder and Co-Chair of iCAN (the Insurance Cultural Awareness Network), an industry-wide network with over 900 members and sponsored by 8 companies across the insurance industry. Through this, he has led a team to launch iCANapply, a new online platform promoting career paths and the retention of BAME talent, as well as iCANinspire, an innovative self-service mentoring tool for BAME colleagues in the industry. As a long-standing member of The Network of Networks (TNON) Steering Committee, Ajay is tasked with training new members and network leaders to help them deliver on their diversity and inclusion goals.
