A champion of diversity and inclusion, Andre is the Co-Chair of CultureM, a member of GenderM and a member of the Xaxis diversity committee. He is committed to creating and fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce at Xaxis and GroupM, through his involvement on guiding and directing best practice management training. As a passionate ambassador of D&I, Andre is a key team player in organizing black History month activities and is also a regular speaker at Insight Days aimed at BAME students. As a member of We Are Stripes, Andre aims to address the ethnic diversity imbalance in creative industries, offering personal insights and experience to help shape this in the future.
