Andrew is a founding member of, and UK lead for LinkedIn’s Embrace employee resource group, which focuses on ethnic minority diversity and inclusion. He has worked closely with leadership on the UK strategy for racial diversity and inclusion, including listening sessions with BAME employees and non-BAME leadership to identify key areas for the business to empower allies to better nurture BAME talent. Andrew mentors globally within LinkedIn, with mentees in the UK as well as Black and Latino mentees in the US as part of the Mentor’s Circle program. He is also a regular speaker on inclusion, including appearing on an INvolve panel exploring media portrayals of ethnic minorities, The Telegraph’s Diversity and Inclusion conference and a Bloom UK event and podcast about fighting fear of failure.
