Anré is a passionate leader committed to enhancing Diversity and Inclusion inside and outside of the workplace.  He leads American Express’ Executive Black Engagement Network, a group of 61 members that comprise the company’s most senior Black executives globally, and is an active member of the wider network. He readily participates in a broad range of D&I efforts globally, from enterprise-wide events like the American Express Global Women’s Conference, to local celebrations of International Women’s Day, to business-unit specific forums like Finance’s D&I Symposium for Black and Latina leaders. He is a member of the Wharton Graduate Executive Board at University of Pennsylvania, where he is helping to increase financial support for African American students, including through establishing an African American MBA Student Support Fund. Anré is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council, which works to advance black executives and prepare the next generation of corporate leaders.
