Celia is Business Intelligence and Strategy Lead for Europe & Asia Distribution at Capital Group. Newly at Capital, most of Celia’s recent inclusion work occurred in her previous role at Lloyd’s Banking Group, where she was Signature Event Lead for the BAME Network R.E.A.C.H (Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage). Here, she organized and delivered various inclusion-focused events, ensured BAME female representation among guest speakers to address intersectionality, and educated colleagues about the benefits of an inclusive multicultural workplace. Outside work, Celia mentors university graduates and, separately, volunteers to create marketing content and exhibits at The Foundation for Reach Society events. Having been an internationally-ranked junior tennis player, Celia obtained a 1st Class BSc Finance degree whilst on a 100% sports scholarship at the University of Houston, Texas. She has since established a career in Financial Services and is a visible role model to many young BAME people.
