Coleen is the Internal Programmes Coordinator and Founder of an internal EY network – Black Connection. Recognized within EY for her diversity efforts, Coleen creates video content, prepares career workshops, has delivered a webinar and managed a career series during her tenure. Named as a Rising Star in Law by the UK Diversity Legal Awards in 2018, Coleen is also the Social Events Coordinator for the UK Black Corporate Lawyers group and in 2018 started a mentoring program for aspiring BAME lawyers with over 200 participants since its inception. Coleen has held extensive speaking engagements across multiple sectors and is vocal about ethnic minority inclusion.
