Darice believes that identification leads to inspiration and motivation; she daily models her life accordingly. As the immediate past president of Rockwell Automation’s African American Professionals Network, she is a lead partner in the company’s global strategy to positively impact diversity and inclusion efforts to attract, retain and nurture diverse talent. Darice is a strategic communications advisor, currently serving in the newly created Global Supply Chain Communications and Marketing Manager role. She has a passion for improving and helping to eliminate issues impacting diverse women and children through Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) exposure, education, and professional development opportunities. Darice is regularly invited to serve as a panelist or moderator on diversity and inclusion topics and shares her time and talent through her board membership with Mentor Milwaukee and the Greater Milwaukee Foundation’s Communications and Marketing Advisory Committee.
