David is a founding member of the African Caribbean network, and has used his experience coming through the ranks of the graduate scheme to co-design a programme to support black talent within the firm and increase BME representation in senior positions within Consulting. In his role, he represented KPMG to launch the Race at Work charter at 10 Downing Street, and attended then Prime Minister Theresa May’s ethnicity pay gap roundtable. He has been recognised as a rising star in Professional Services at The Black British Business Awards (2018). David is a Director at Foundervine, a social enterprise on a mission to change the global face of entrepreneurship. Foundervine has helped over 2,000 women and ethnic minority futures leaders create, test and sustain entrepreneurial ventures. He has played a lead role in defining the strategy and execution of high impact initiatives, including their flagship programme, Start-up 54, which has launched 40+ ventures with founding graduates having gone on to raise £180k+ in funding.
