Elizabeth is the Staff Chair for the D&I New York Leadership and has designed and delivered programs for awareness months and cultural celebrations. The Legal Project Manager and D&I Liaison at Reed Smith LLP, she is a committed advocate for diversity and inclusion issues leading many initiatives to drive the charge for change. Elizabeth has been central to the formation of Educational programs for the NYO to promote diversity and inclusion.
