Kalyani is Global Chair of Dow’s Asian Diversity Network (ADN), and member of Dow’s Joint Inclusion Council. As Global Chair, she has led ADN through its global expansion, creating a greater impact for European and Asia-Pacific colleagues. In the past two years, ten new chapters have started in multiple regions, with participation increasing by 250%, and membership up to 3,500. She has pioneered a Leadership Development Program pilot, due in 2020, to help with the advancement of Asian employees to beyond mid-level management. She is an active member of the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers, and is the Dow point of contact, leading to a strong partnership between the two organizations, and providing guidance for their new professional network. Kalyani has served as a speaker and panelist for several events, both internal and external.
