As a key member of the Balance Network Steering Group at the Financial Conduct Authority, Lemona proactively advises on addressing BAME and gender inclusion across all levels of business. By challenging behaviors that can prohibit progress, Lemona is a champion of inclusion and committed to driving positive change. She is leading mentoring scheme for prospective Technical Specialists and leads work to identify development pathways for Professional Business Support (PBS) colleagues. In addition, Lemona is the Founder of OurCause, Advisor to the Commonwealth Business Women’s Network, a Women’s Officer for UNA and has led over 1000 activists and NGOs globally on Sustainable Development Goals to collectively address issues such as gender discrimination.
