Lindsey is COO of Goldman Sachs firm-wide Hispanic Latino Network, which has seen a huge increase in membership since her joining in 2017, with numbers increasing from 3.9k to over 5k. Her role has included coaching and mentoring Hispanic candidates, taking a leadership role in Goldman Sachs’ responses to natural disasters, including the Puerto Rico earthquakes, and working to create a strategy to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Lindsey is a first generation Mexican American, and experienced early success due to her participation in Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO). She is now an active SEO alumna and gives back by being the liaison for SEO at Goldman Sachs. Outside of Goldman Sachs, Lindsey is a Board Member for Music for Autism, an organization that gives free converts for individuals with autism.
