Louise is the head of Wavemaker Roots and a Board Member for Making Your Future. She is committed to driving the charge for inclusion across all levels of business and has presented the Wavemaker Industry Taskforce census, organized events and exhibitions celebrating inclusion and has shared best practice across the sector to aid in the establishment of Roots chapters beyond Wavemaker. Independent to her role, Louise is a Mentor for INvolve and Bloom and with great success is currently aiding mentees in navigating their careers. Louise has recently taken on a new role as Head of Insight at PHD.
