At Anheuser-Busch, McKinley is the internal engagement chair for the Porter-Brown Society, an African American ERG. He has spearheaded efforts to promote diversity and inclusion, and in the last 12 months hosted dinners to recruit top talent from various minority groups. The group has expanded recruiting efforts to include historically black colleges and universities, and hosted panels featuring internal and external industry experts to celebrate African American culture and its impact on American history. McKinley is an alumni and member of the Jackie Robinson Foundation, who support the education of minority scholars around the country through mentoring and scholarship.
