Nadine is the Co-Chair of Deloitte’s Multicultural Network, an Advisor to the Deloitte Ethnicity Council and the Lead for the BAME in Financial Advisory Working Group. Through these networks Nadine has successfully launched the Next Level Module, supporting ambitious BAME professionals, delivered a Race Inclusion Session for Senior Leaders to address inclusion-related challenges in a supportive environment and has designed the Partner Conversations series. Externally, Nadine is a Trustee for the Youth Charter and has been a TNON Steering Committee member developing leadership skills of BAME network leaders from both private and public organisations. She is committed to driving positive change within Financial Advisory and beyond.
