Natasha is Involved with promoting diversity and inclusion at State Street Ireland through her role within the Pride network and the Diversity committee focusing on Race and Ethnicity and Varying Abilities. A committed champion for inclusivity in the workplace and beyond Natasha is Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee and has assisted in organizing and participating in events with several groups such as the Irish Wheelchair Association, the Ronald McDonald Trust, NEIC programs, Special Olympics, SVP, raised money for various hospices and for AIDS Ireland and as a network marched for Pride. In addition, Natasha has engaged with young people to discuss the integration of different cultures within an ever-changing Ireland and has become a visible role model for many.
