Quentin has been essential in ensuring inclusive environments and cultures, based on values established in collaboration with his executive leadership team. He is the executive co-sponsor for the development and delivery of a diversity leadership programme and leads the economic inclusion programme and processes that have led the company to prestigious Billion Dollar Roundtable Membership. He sponsors the Supplier Diversity Summit to share best practices in growing diverse businesses and speaks at various internal diversity and employee resource group sessions. He sponsors various other diversity networks and commissioned a reverse mentor programme. Externally, Quentin currently maintains board positions with various organisations, with specific focuses on diversity & inclusion, and regularly speaks on D&I at conferences and universities. He is a passionate youth advocate and works with numerous mentorship schemes.
