Rachel champions diversity and inclusion through her role at SAP and externally. She leads SAP’s Pride efforts in New York and co-led Pride at SAP in North America. Rachel has launched the first LGBTQ+ employee resource group in SAP Canada with a current membership spanning the country. She and her team pioneered the company’s first LGBTQ+ ally program to empower all employees to create a more equal and diverse workplace. In 2018, she partnered with Microsoft, Hootsuite, EA and Clio to represent LGBTQ+ diversity in tech. Through her career, Rachel has taken part in leadership panels at Out & Equal Workplace Summit, 3 years at the Lesbians who Tech Summit, attended the UN General Assembly LGBTQ+ global policy panel, and is a member of the #TechLovesPride Collective to highlight the importance of diversity within the tech industry.
