Raj sponsors Centrica’s Ethnicity Network, is a member of Spectrum, the LGBT+ network, DAWN, the disability and wellbeing network, and CWN, the women’s network. He led discussions with employees from ethnic and non-ethnic backgrounds, consulting on how to improve D&I at Centrica. He created a working group to help drive the initial discovery work and identified issues attached to disclosing ethnicity information. The learnings from these initiatives informed key priorities and the launch of Centrica’s Ethnicity Network. He has been invited to speak at a London law firm as part of their ethnicity network launch, and joined a roundtable as part of the Pinsent Masons D&I Report launch. Raj is an active mentor with the 30% Club, and has created a high level of senior leadership accountability for the D&I agenda in both the legal and consumer parts of Centrica.
