Rashaunna is a member of the Samsung Equality Alliance, Samsung Veterans and Women in Samsung Electronics (WISE) at Samsung Electronics America. A committed advocate for inclusivity across the diversity spectrum, she has supported employee-led resource groups, built a cohesive strategy for ongoing D&I advancement globally and aided in Samsung receiving a qualification as a Human Rights Campaign certified inclusive workplace. She is an alumni and active member of Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Spectrum an LGBT+ Resource Group and in 2017 founded a marketing consulting business which supports various leaders to enact positive change within their communities.
