As Co-Chair of Citi Roots, Rashmi is committed to diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Rashmi’s efforts have led to a 35% increase in Citi Roots membership, she has developed a BAME-focused Mentorship Program, organized outreach events such as business skills workshops for students and promoted inclusion through BAME-focused events such as the Inspire and Lead speaker series, hosting the likes of David Lammy. Rashmi is a member of the House of Lords Multicultural Network Forum sharing best practice on diversity and inclusion and more recently has championed an initiative engaging the broader workforce to aid in the professional development of BAME communities.
