Rohit is one of the founders and Co-chair of the Deloitte Ethnicity Council UK, and the Chair of one of Deloitte’s largest award winning Faith Networks. The Ethnicity Council has been instrumental in formulating the strategy for ethnicity in leadership for Deloitte, and is one of the business’ top priorities. It has also put the spotlight on role models, and promoted a strong sense of self-belief in junior staff, whilst also focusing on the promotion of people from an ethnic background to more senior roles. Rohit is the Deloitte representative to the Multicultural Professional Forum, which meets at the Houses of Parliament, where he is able to share advice and best practice with key Government officials and other corporate leaders. He is also a mentor and has appeared as an advisor and speaker at several events across the UK.
