At Intuit, Sonia is building on her lifelong advocacy of D&I initiatives, following co-chairing the Women’s Network in her previous role at Visa. She has served on the Steering Committee of Intuit’s Women’s Network, and has co-hosted intersectional International Women’s Day activities. She was recently named to Enterprise Management 360’s “Top 10  Influential BAME Tech Leaders” list. Currently, Sonia is on the board of directors of the Close the Gap Foundation (previously known as SPARC Initiative), a non-profit in San Francisco Bay Area, focused on empowering the next generation of young leaders, especially those from underprivileged and underrepresented backgrounds, to achieve their dreams through project-based learning and mentorship. She mentors individuals from diverse backgrounds globally, and shares her story via a blog.
