Stephanie has a track record of supporting diversity and inclusion both in and out of her Clifford Chance LLP network. She is a member of the Clifford Chance REACH Network Steering Committee and participates in Clifford Chance’s Reverse Mentoring programme, where she shares insights from her perspective as a Black female associate and advises on policy changes in the firm aimed at promoting inclusion and diversity and improving the numbers and experiences of BAME associates. Stephanie also co-founded the Black British City Group (BBCG) the only cross-sector network of black professionals in the City with an aim to positively impact and empower Black British communities through programmes leveraging BBCG members’ collective skills and resources.
