Terrance is a Summer Apprentice Mentor and firm wide Ambassador for JPMorgan Chase’s Advancing Black Pathways initiative and a Mid-Atlantic Executive Steering Committee Member for the Black Organization and Leadership Development (BOLD) Business Resource Group. He is a champion of diversity and inclusion as seen through his work transforming the global technology strategy to attract, develop and retain top talent. He has bolstered inclusion across all levels during his tenure by implementing initiatives like Sit With Me and More Than a Label. Terrance is on the Board of Directors for the Chester Alumni Foundation and on the Computer Science and Engineering Advisory Board for Delaware State University. He successfully partnered with external organizations, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and Hispanic Serving Institutions as well as facilitated technical and other skill-building workshops for minority groups.  He also helped launch international chapters of the Black Women Talk Tech network.
