Tiffany is the Global Lead for the Merck Asia Pacific Association employee resource group, which saw her win the Merck Global Diversity and Inclusion Award of Excellence in 2019. She has worked to develop a global strategy, focusing on engagement of middle management to support and recognize the work being done by their employees to foster D&I in their departments and wider company. Tiffany has given lectures on diversity in clinical trials and presentations on adopting Asian values in the Western workplace, while also supporting mentoring of Asian alums. As a Merck representative, she has participated in discussions on how to move the needle on break the ‘bamboo ceiling’ and is the Vice President and Health and Wellness Chair of the Columbia University Alumni Club of NY, Board Member and Advisor for the Asian Columbia Alumni Association and Speaker for the NJ Chapter of Ascend Pan Asian Leaders.
