Vincent is the co-founder of the Ethnicity Network at Grant Thornton, and was the key driver in their response to the Government’s consultation on Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting. He regularly speaks on the benefits of diversity and inclusion on behalf of the firm and drives collaboration between Grant Thornton and external stakeholders on internal inclusion strategies. He often hosts events introducing BAME students from low socioeconomic backgrounds to accountancy. He is also a Director for the Chartered Accountants Student Society, which aims to improve the wellbeing of student accountants in London, which has led to him pioneering a tri-annual series of events call DiverCity, which showcases role models from underrepresented groups. Vincent also sits on the steering committee for TNON, a group disseminating best practice amongst network leaders and is on the FinBiz2030 Taskforce which aims to lobby the finance and business community to achieve the SDG’s by 2030.
