Through his role at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Alan is committed to advancing diversity and inclusion within the law sector and gaming industry. As the principal researcher and panel member at Melanin Gamers, Alan has spoken on several panels on subjects regarding race and identity at some of Europe’s largest gaming conventions and has been invited to the Mayor of London’s Skills event where he has spoken on diversifying the video games industry. He has aided in organizing gaming tournaments across London to promote the case for inclusion within communities and the tech industry at large. Inspiring local youths to pursue careers into the Tech industry while providing a vast platform for ethnic minority content creators to showcase their work.
