Francis is the Co-Lead of Diageo’s Ethnic Diversity Business Resource Group REACH, a senior member of Diageo’s Rainbow Network and a Committee Member for Diageo’s annual Inclusion Week. Through these networks he has designed and delivered Carnival and Diwali events, presented at the RADIUS program initiative and championed a culture of inclusion and diversity at Diageo. Additionally, Francis is a Member of the BlackOUT Collective, leading the push for enhanced inclusion of black queer men in London and leading the Wealth Creation and Investment Committee. He has also organized a fundraiser for GiveOUT, helping to raise funds for LGBTIQ activists in the most hostile environments around the globe.
