Jonathan is a leader of the Diversity Drivers at Bloomberg, an active speaker for the Bloomberg Black Engineers Community, and a member of the Black Professional Community. He has spoken extensively at events promoting and highlighting key D&I issues and is involved in promoting STEM professions to underprivileged youth at events and through mentoring. Jonathan is also the Co-Founder of Writing Legends and Talent Partner at Unleash, for which he has nominated prospective talent for the 2019 SDG Innovation Lab. A council member of World Merit and the Caribbean Implementing Partner for Giving Tuesday, Jonathan affirms the need for increased visibility of ethnic minority role models within the engineering industry.
