Madison oversees Sourced Craft Cocktails people and culture initiatives. She is working to shift the focus from metrics to belonging and retention with the aim to increase diverse talent. She has also implemented training that covers the entire hiring cycle and provides coaching across all levels of the organization. Externally, Madison is a regular volunteer for ATXHR, tasked with promoting awareness of diversity and inclusion to the HR Community and their role as advocates for the wider BAME population. Additionally, she works with early-phase start-ups to develop their inclusive cultures and works with managers on tackling unconscious bias. She is passionate about humanizing the work place and honoring people for exactly who you are without the stigma that follows corporate America.
