As Founder & CEO of Veza, Manpreet is currently working on the HR Tech Group Diversity and Inclusion Project, which is analyzing and providing support to the tech industry within British Columbia. She is also a part of the international consultancy team for UN Women Georgia, and helped in creating a mentoring program to support women in leadership, which is now being rolled out across the tech sector. Manpreet has been involved in multiple initiatives exploring topics around diversity, including hosting an SXSW meetup for women of color in leadership, the Bamboo HR Virtual Summit and Diversity by Design – Women in Tech Regatta. She is also the Board Secretary for LiveBIG, an organization that works to make addiction and recovery support accessible, and minimize the stigma of people of color living with addiction.
