Paul is the Founder & Co-Chair of the Black Leadership Forum (BLF) at Deutsche Bank and sits on the Steering Committee for the Multi-Cultural Partnership. The BLF provides empowering programming, including professional development workshops and opportunities to connect with senior leadership at the bank. Paul is a diversity champion within the Investment Bank for the graduate analyst and summer intern programs, participating directly in recruitment, interviewing and mentorship. He has elevated the executive leadership dialogue on ethnic minority inclusion, providing a 12-point action plan to improve D&I efforts. Paul is International Grand Treasurer of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc., America’s fifth largest predominantly African American social service fraternity, and is a member of the Leadership Council, a financial presenter and a Youth Business Competition Judge with World of Money, an NYC-based non-profit organization.
