As Cultural Events Lead at Cushman and Wakefield’s Diversity & Inclusion program, Sadaqat has led a small team to drive awareness of different cultures by hosting a variety of events across their offices, including Diwali, Ramadan, Easter, and Chinese New Year. These events are a space to educate and inform the workforce on the background of many of their colleagues, and are supported with a range of internal communications about their significance. Sadaqat is also the chair of the Birmingham branch of the CREation Property Network, which was set up to improve diversity and inclusion in the real estate industry. He has also organized property workshops for local colleges, aimed at BAME students to receive an insight and promote the opportunities available in the industry. In 2019, Sadaqat was a Finalist at the National Asian Apprenticeship Awards and was awarded Employee of the Year across the UK & Ireland Business.
