As the CEO of GV Group, Tevin is a strong advocate for BAME issues within business. Within GV Group, he has driven major initiatives which have helped to support ethnic minorities in the workplace. These include the sponsorship of courses, as well as reframing recruitment policies to ensure that BAME candidates are offered the same opportunities as others. Tevin is a regular contributor in the industry press and speaker at business focused events, including the recent Racial Equality in Leadership Forum and Arena Network, a networking association for the hospitality sector. He also chairs Inspirational You, a BAME-focused organization empowering young entrepreneurs. Alongside this, he is a patron of Springboard, a charity focused on employment for disadvantaged groups. Tevin also founded the GV Scholarship, which helps disadvantaged students with university fees and offers professional work experience and mentoring.
